Hello!

 If you are like me, you want to know a bit about someone before buying a product or service from them. Good! Come to think of it, I like to know a bit about them before I even give them my email. 

So here’s a bit about me.

I am a mentor, teacher, and solopreneur who has studied spirituality for over 20 years. I help facilitate insight and awareness in others so that they can live in their power and thrive in greater freedom. Even though some of the topics can be “heavy” or serious, I delight in conveying them with a sense of fun and play.

I have many years (2 decades?!) of experience in training, higher education, and small business ownership and I combine that with spiritual insight to bring esoteric thought into real-world practicality. I love all kinds of “spiritual” stuff, but at the end of the day, I want to see that it helps me in day-to-day ways. There are many (so many) challenges with being self-employed, so I am grateful that I know what I know and to have had the good fortune to have some great teachers and mentors along the way.

Formal education and credentials? Yep, I have those, too. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Education, am a certified Life Coach, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), Certified Angel Therapy Practitioner© by Doreen Virtue, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. (Get the feeling that working with people is my thing?)

Free time? Yes, please! I relish time with my husband, fun chats with friends, dancing, shopping, walks in nature, reading, and relaxing outside on the patio watching the hummingbirds. I love lazy days. I don’t need to be busy all the time. I actually need to not be busy all the time. I have my ambitions, goals, and desires and I am highly focused on them. Down time is both one of those desires and an essential component to accomplishing the others.
